People, Process and Technology
Having the right people is key. Without the right people, you’ll never be able to create the right processes and never make the right investments in technology. Having the right people is priceless, or you could say having the wrong people is costly.
Process is probably the most overused word in today’s business world, but unfortunately you can’t do without it. Process is a part of everyone’s day. Wake up, brush your teeth, wash your face, get dressed, check Atlanta traffic, cry about the extra 45 minutes your already 1 hour drive will take, on and on and on. Process right? Process is simply the order of and how we get things done. Even though I represent multiple technology firms, I suggest that you develop a process that is technology agnostic and allow the technology to enhance your process.
